The Cal Poly Pomona Music Theatre Workshop is putting on a musical production featuring the humorously macabre "Addams Family."

The music comedy features a zany family and their ancestors coming together for an evening of scenes, song and dance. Shows will run May 12, 13 and 14 at 8 p.m. in the Musical Recital Hall, Building 24, room 191.

The workshop program stages this new musical with a grown-up Wednesday announcing her engagement to her new fiancé, Lucas, to her parents, Morticia and Gomez. Will Lucas and his parents fit in with the Addams family and their antics? Will the Addams family provide "One Normal Night" during which the families come together?
