You may find your muse at The Huntley Gallery in the University Library, which is currently exhibiting 99 pieces from Cal Poly Pomona Permanent Collections. The pieces on display include works by Pablo Picasso, Rene Magritte, Robert Motherwell, Beatrice Woods, Ferdinand Leger, Corita Kent, Al Capp, Richard Neutra and Salvador Dali, among others.

This exhibition is a celebration of the University Permanent Collections under the oversight of the College of Environmental Design.
- The Raymond Burr-Robert Benevides Collection has a wide focus from 19th century ivory carvings and ornate Japanese tsubas (sword guards) to silver tableware and Fijian and Canadian art.
- The Col. James Jones Memorial Art Collection is represented by pieces from Pablo Picasso and Robert Motherwell among others.
- The five pieces on display from the Bruce Jewett Collection of Beatrice Wood Ceramics shimmer with their iridescent finishes and are accompanied by information on the Avant Garde artist.
- The Don B. Huntley Collection of Western Art includes gorgeous paintings of landscapes and wildlife.
- The Channing Gilson Collection of Midcentury Industrial Design includes clocks, furniture and a typewriter, among other items from the 40s, 50s and 60s.
- The Ink & Clay Collection features pieces from the university's annual Ink & Clay juried competition of printmaking, clay sculpture, ceramic ware, installation and mixed media utilizing any variation of ink or clay as material.

Selections from the College of Environmental Design Collections and Archives and Special Collections feature the Neutra VDL House, an Al Capp print and Salvador Dali's Agony of Love.
The Huntley Gallery is open noon to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday in the University Library, room 4435, through summer. The exhibit is on display through Oct. 5.
