Charlie Gallardo, Pasadena City College’s Women’s Athlete of the Year for all sports the past two years, transferred to Cal Poly Pomona this fall to study mechanical engineering and to compete as a midfielder for Broncos soccer, the defending NCAA Division II women’s soccer national champion.
