Lyle Center farm-to-pantry course grows skills, feeds students

The John T. Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies is launching a new Farm to Pantry course (RS 4990/4990L) this fall, giving students hands-on experience growing fruits, vegetables and herbs while learning planting, irrigation, pest management and other production techniques. Produce grown through the course will be donated to the Poly Pantry for students to access at no cost, expanding a partnership between the Lyle Center and Poly Pantry that began in 2021.
