Southbound Section of Kellogg Drive Scheduled to Close Temporarily Starting at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 25

Summary of Disruption: Summary of Disruption: The southbound traffic lanes of Kellogg Drive between Innovation Way and Valley Boulevard will close from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, March 25 to accommodate the annual Town & Gown Bike Ride and the City of Pomona’s grand opening ceremony for the Valley Boulevard Protected Bike Lanes.

Reason for Disruption: The City of Pomona, in coordination with Cal Poly Pomona, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the new Valley Boulevard bike facility and to ensure a safer crossing for Town & Gown bicyclists across Valley Boulevard.

How does this affect me? Northbound traffic lanes on Kellogg Drive will remain open. The bike lanes and sidewalks in both directions also will remain open.

What do I need to do? Proceed with caution when approaching the street closure. Allow extra time to get to destinations.
