Bronco Student Center to Undergo Power Interruption Starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10

Summary of disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will interrupt power to the north and south sections of the Bronco Student Center (Building 35) starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10. Campus electrical crews will be on standby to restore power.

The shutdown sections and times are:

Bronco Student Center north section

Saturday, Dec. 10 from 7 a.m. to noon

Bronco Student Center south section

Saturday, Dec. 10 from noon to 4 p.m.

Reason for disruption: Allow contractor crews to initiate electrical loop tie-ins to the new campus electrical system.  

How does this affect me? Avoid being in the Bronco Student Center the power interruption. Turn off computers and electronic equipment before leaving offices and workspaces on Friday, Dec. 9.
