Repairs to Heating System at College of Environmental Design Underway

Summary of disruption: Repairs are underway to the boiler in the College of Environmental Design (Building 7). Heating will not be available in the building until repairs are completed.

Reason for disruption: A 25-year-old boiler broke down and needs special parts for repair. Parts have been ordered. Expedited delivery has been requested but parts are not expected to arrive until Dec. 23.

How does this affect me? Heating in the building is not available.

What do I need to do? Dress appropriately for the cool condition. Contact Facilities Planning & Management if temporary accommodation is needed. Please share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
