Engineering Laboratories and Bronco Bookstore to Undergo Brief Power Outage on Thursday, Oct. 27

Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will interrupt power to the Engineering Laboratories (Building 17) and Bronco Bookstore starting at 3 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27. Campus crews will restore power by 5 a.m.

Reason for disruption: Allow contractor crews to initiate electrical loop tie-ins to the new campus electrical system.  

How does this affect me? Avoid being in the buildings during the power interruption.

What do I need to do? Turn off your computer and other electronic equipment before leaving offices and workspaces on Wednesday, Oct. 26. Please share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
