Learning Goals

 

PO 1:  Students completing the BSBA program with the FRL option will be able to communicate effectively in a business environment.

  Corresponding student learning outcomes (SLOs):

  SLO 1a: FRL students will demonstrate oral communication skills during individual or group presentations.

  SLO 1b: FRL students will demonstrate written communication skills by producing quality business documents.

  

PO 2:  Students completing the BSBA program with the FRL option will be able to use critical thinking in making financial decisions.

  Corresponding student learning outcomes (SLOs):

  SLO 2a: FRL students will demonstrate the ability to identify key issues.

  SLO 2b: FRL students will demonstrate the ability to find, read and evaluate information sources.

  SLO 2c: FRL students will demonstrate the ability to solve unstructured problems using appropriate quantitative and qualitative skills.

 

PO 3:  Students completing the BSBA program with the FRL option will be able to use the Technological skill required in the finance, real estate and Law industry.

SLO 3a: FRL students will be able to use computer software such as Excel, investment related software, and real estate related software to solve related problems

  

PO 4:  Students completing the BSBA program with the FRL option will be able to demonstrate an understanding of international aspects of finance.

  SLO 4a: Students will be able to analyze the effect of international financial changes and their risk.

 

PO 5:   Students completing the BSBA program with the FRL option will be able to demonstrate awareness of the ethical and legal aspects of the global and diverse business environment.
