54% Zinfandel, 42% Petite Sirah, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Syrah, 1% Touriga Nacional

The grapes used in this red blend were hand-harvested on September 28, 2018 by students, staff, and faculty of the Don B. Huntley College of Agriculture.

Label design created by College of Environmental Design students and inspired by the Koi Pond located on campus. The Koi on the label is swimming upstream to symbolize the overcoming of obstacles and hardships students experienced during 2020.
