Annual CPP Title IX Reports

The CSU Policy requires that Cal Poly Pomona annually reports information about allegations of sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, and sexual harassment involving Cal Poly Pomona students and employees both on campus and off campus. It remains challenging to identify meaningful statistical trends from the information in the reports. Additionally, the report captures information regarding only known allegations; without additional information about unreported incidents of sexual misconduct on our campus, it is challenging to draw conclusions about patterns and trends. Moreover, these reports do not contain allegations relating to sexual discrimination.
