There's no better way to enjoy your college experience than living on campus in residence halls, suites, or apartments in the University Village. You'll find plenty of opportunities to build friendships and immerse yourself in our diverse campus culture. You'll have quick access to your professors, the library, computer labs, dining halls and recreational facilities. You won't have to deal with commuting and parking, which means more time for all the other pursuits that make college fulfilling and fun.

First-Time Freshman Residential Requirement

On-Campus Housing

All first-time freshmen who graduated from a high school outside the local service area are required to complete a housing contract and pay the initial housing fee in order to be eligible to enroll for classes.

There are more than 250 campus activities and programs that reflect the diverse interests and backgrounds of our student community. Students who live on campus enjoy an even greater variety of these programs to choose from.

Center for Regenerative Studies (CRS)

On-Campus Housing

Two residence halls, Riverfront and Sunspace, are located on the 16-acre site near the Farm Store.  Housing is offered to students at Cal Poly Pomona who have completed 36 units or more, or to graduate students.

University Village

Off-Campus Housing

As a great deal of your time is spent outside of the classroom, the University Village strives to provide accommodations which are conducive to living, learning, and community building.

Resident dining provides you with plenty of food choices that fit your needs and your lifestyle.

Bronco Bucks Account

Just deposit money into your Bronco Bucks Account, and you can use your Bronco Access Card to make purchases on campus. Even better - it's easy for you (or mom and dad) to add more money.
