Jason held various management positions across the corporate food & beverage scene with companies such as Starbucks, Kelly’s Coffee & Fudge and Ajisen Restaurant Group before solidifying his management presence in corporate food and beverage sector of the restaurant industry with California Pizza Kitchen. His assigned territory spread across the Greater Los Angeles Region as their stores Operations Manager primarily with the Hollywood & Highland and Santa Anita locations, responsible for personnel, marketing, beverage ops, kitchen ops and daily restaurant operations but most importantly – community presence. Whilst there, he lectured at various local high schools and hosted libraries events with focuses on topics such as Culinary Inspirations, Food History, and Foodservice Operations.

After departing from CPK, Jason joined Eureka! Restaurant Group and worked across Southern California with locations in Bakersfield and San Diego before helping the company open their Irvine UTC location. Shortly after, he reinvested his passion in over to the popular luxury fast casual concept – Lemonade Restaurant Group, with focuses on culinary operations, catering operations, training & development and S.O.P development before making his return to Collins College of Hospitality Management as a Lecturer/Instructor for the renowned Restaurant Kellogg Ranch.

Jason holds B.S. in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a Certified Hospitality Educator.
