The Learning Resource Center (LRC) Tutoring Programs are certified through the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA), an international tutoring organization. The LRC's CRLA certification process sets an internationally accepted standard of tutor training for the purpose of providing tutors with skills, recognition, and positive reinforcement for successful work. The LRC tutoring services are free to all Cal Poly Pomona undergraduate and graduate students.
Bronco Tutoring provides one-on-one and small group tutoring on an appointment, online, and drop-in basis for courses in math, science, engineering, business, social sciences, liberal arts, etc. (courses other than reading and writing).
The Reading, Advising, & Mentoring Program (RAMP) provides eligible students with services to assist with retention and graduation including reading tutorials, advising, peer mentoring, a 1-unit course, and a variety of academic, professional, and financial workshops. Please see the RAMP Website for more information.
The University Writing Center (UWC) offers one-on-one and small group tutoring on essays, the GWT, application letters, memos, reports, research papers, and other assignments. The UWC offers these services on an appointment and drop-in basis.
The LRC offers online tutoring for writing assignments and subject-specific material. Students can access LRC Online Tutoring through Blackboard.

Come to the LRC or call (909)869-3502 to schedule an appointment. Click on the GradesFirst link to cancel an appointment (with at least 12 hours notice) and track tutoring activity.
