To begin, decide which camps you want to participate in. The Discovery Camps include 7 weeks of camps, including Horse, Science, Robotics, Computer, Imagination and Entrepreneurship camp. Each camp is a fantastic experience with memorable activities.

STEP 2

Pay camp deposits or in full (below) for the camp sessions that you want to spend with us. Full camp payment is required by the start of camp. Camps can be paid by credit cards, debit cards. Checks or cash can be submitted in the camp office. Full refunds can be given if cancellation is done 30 days in advance of the start of camp.

STEP 3

Once you pay (deposit or full) for your chosen camp sessions, you will be provided with follow-up information regarding camp attendance and campus parking. Immunization forms are not required at the time of registration, but are required before campers attend the camps.

STEP  4

The newly implemented Discovery Camp registration system, run by Campsite, will provide a Parent Portal that provides information on financials, registration information, and camp forms. It will also provide our new Photo Album for free downloads of camp pictures from throughout the summer.

In order to support accessibility for families, individuals can contact the offices (SEES Office, Arabian Horse Center, or Student iLab) for help in enrollment or any other issues. We field hundreds of inquiries between Feb-Aug and we ensure that families can access, input and complete any function required. That may be enrolling, changing camps later, accessing camp photos, etc. We walk them through any process they need, or just address general camp questions they may have
