Therapy Dog Visit from EML Furry Friend

In addition to teaching introductory writing and rhetoric classes, Kristy Hodson cares for Great Danes—bronco-sized dogs known for their gentle nature. One of Hodson’s dogs, Gracie, is also a therapy dog. Gracie visits senior living facilities, schools, and rehabilitation centers to provide comfort and companionship.

Hodson and Gracie will be on campus this Wednesday, May 10, and Thursday, May 11, to provide pre-finals stress relief for students as part of the library’s Focus on Finals events.
