Grand congratulations to adjunct professor Ed Perez on his recent publication!
His first edition Hospitality Management Law textbook introduces students to legal concepts as applied to the hospitality industry and is available in paperback and e-book via Cognella.
Perez is a longtime adjunct faculty member for The Collins College and College of Business Administration who enhances coursework with over 30 years of experience teaching, owning four businesses, and serving as a board member of various companies.
