PolyStrengths utilizes the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment tool designed to help individuals identify their top talents out of 34 possible themes. By understanding and applying your talents, you can enhance your performance, build better relationships, and achieve your goals.

As of July 1, 2025 we are no longer providing codes. There are other departments and academic colleges that may offer ClitonStrengths codes.
