Reserving a Space
When making your reservation, keep in mind that Student Engagement, Leadership and Success only reserves space. You are responsible for providing and/or obtaining whatever is needed for your event. Online reservation requests must be received at least 30 calendar days in advance to ensure an approval confirmation.

Equipment
SELS does not provide any tables, canopies, AV equipment, or chairs.

Event Support Forms
Fill out Event Support Form (PDF) (For outdoor events, large events, additional trash and recycling cans, request sprinklers off) and fax to Facilities, at least 30 calendar days prior to event. Email the form to lof@cpp.edu.

Food Permit
Clubs & Organizations are allowed 5 food sales each semester. Food Handling procedures are currently under review. Updated procedures will be added at a later date. Please contact Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for any questions or concerns. Phone: (909) 869-2705.
EH&S will provide final for approval. Please obtain approval at least 5 days prior to your event.
