Reserving a Space

When making your reservation, keep in mind that Student Engagement, Leadershp and Success only reserves the space. You are responsible for providing and/or obtaining whatever is needed for your event. Online reservation request must be received at least 14 business days in advance to ensure an approval confirmation.

For tables, chairs, some audio/visual.

Trash

Fill out Event Support Form (PDF) (For large events, additional trash and recycling cans, request sprinklers off) and fax to Facilities, at least 3 days prior to event. Fax to email at fmp@cpp.edu.

Food Permit

Clubs & Organizations are allowed 5 food sales each semester. Food Handling procedures are currently under review. Updated procedures will be added at a later date. Please contact Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for any questions or concerns. Phone: (909) 869-2705.

EH&S will provide final for approval. Please obtain approval at least 5 days prior to your event.
