Staff will need to show Bronco One ID card to  receive the perk. This can be either the hard card or virtual ID card accessible through Bronco One Card Management Portal.

SAW 2025 may have ended but staff and faculty can still take advantage of this summer bonus! The one-week summer pass is good from June 9 through August 8.

To activate your complimentary one-week membership, please bring your Bronco ID card to the BRIC front desk during operating hours.

Summer Hours and Availability:

• The BRIC will be closed for scheduled maintenance from May 17 through June 8, 2025.
• Summer operating hours will begin on June 9 and continue through August 8, 2025, with the facility open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• The BRIC will be closed on Juneteenth (June 19) and Independence Day (July 4).
