ARCHES Peer Mentoring: Undergraduate peer mentors provide one-on-one academic support that helps students with disabilities facilitate graduation. Peer mentors are trained to work with ARCHES students on organizational strategies, decision making skills, general study skills, time/life management.
Bronco Mentoring Network: An online advice-sharing and career networking site that increases student success by connecting students with alumni who have expertise in their industry, major, or future career.
Bronco Navigators: Enhances the college experience by linking students one-on-one with a peer mentor. Students are paired with someone invested in their success — someone ready to listen, inspire, and recognize opportunities.
I AM FIRST Mentor Program: CPP first-generation college students are matched with a faculty or staff member who also identifies as a first-generation college graduate to foster a sense of belonging and create a pathway to student success.
PolyTransfer Mentor Program: Inspires incoming transfer students to achieve their full potential by establishing strong interpersonal relationships with them while maximizing their growth through intentional academic and social programming.
RAMP Peer Mentoring: The peer mentoring component of the Reading, Advising, & Mentoring Program (RAMP) helps first-generation, low-income, or disabled students acclimate to the campus, establish peer relationships, and promote academic and personal success.
