Cal Poly Pomona Email Services

Applicants

Email communications to Applicant Cal Poly Pomona addresses (e.g., billybronco@cpp.edu) are automatically set to forward to the personal email address that was provided in the Applicant’s CSU Mentor application. Applicants that wish to change their email forwarding address need to navigate to the IT Service Portal and enter a request. If you cannot log into the IT Service Portal, please use the eHelp Request Form.

Once you are fully admitted as a student, an Office 365 mailbox will be available for you to use. If you don't have a personal email address, you will need to navigate to the IT Service Portal and enter a request. If you cannot log into the IT Service Portal, please use the eHelp Request Form.
