Policy Statement:

It is the policy of CPP that all of its activites related to federally-conducted or supported human subject research will comply with the Terms of Assurance for Protection of Human Subjects for Institutions Within the United States as promulgated by the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) of the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Additionally, that all activities related to the conduct of research on human subjects, regardless of source of funding, will comply with the ethical standards embodied in 45CFR46 and all four of its subparts (A, B, C and D).
