Operational Excellence

Operational Excellence (OE) is centered on evaluating and enhancing the processes and structures within the Division of Administrative Affairs. It ensures that we are actively implementing improvement strategies and methodologies to achieve our goals with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
The Operational Excellence (OE) Team
The OE Team helps the Division of Administrative Affairs find ways to improve and streamline departmental processes in addition to providing project management resources and support. By utilizing a modified Goal Approach, the OE Team focuses on the end results by breaking down essential objectives while considering effectiveness based on access to resources and stakeholder satisfaction.Among other things, the OE Team:
- Provides project management resources and support
- Advises, encourages and supports leaders, faculty and staff on process improvement projects
- Brings together teams across campus looking to improve their processes
- Provides tools and resources for process improvements
- Assists in capturing, storing and reporting measurements from divisional process improvement
- Assists in creating and maintain a well-documented operational framework across the division
