DREAM Act Application

State funding is open to undocumented students who are considered residents of California determined by the AB540/SB68 Exemption Form. If you qualify, you are required to submit the California Dream Act Application for financial aid consideration.

Residency determination can be made and changed while attending Cal Poly Pomona. You may submit your CADAA first before submitting your AB540/SB68 form if you reside in the state for California for at least one year prior to applying.

Submit your 2023-2024 CA Dream Act Application before the March 2nd Priority Deadline before 10 pm. State funding is limited. When completing the DREAM Application please make sure that you indicate you will be attending Cal Poly Pomona when listing your schools of attendance; our school code is 001144. Cal Grant Consideration
- Be sure your GPA verification has been submitted by your school or college.
- Contact the last college you attended and ask them to submit your GPA verification to the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC).

Submitting Items on Your to Do List

If you need to complete any forms from Financial Aid but are unable to complete them online, you must:

Download the form
Complete the form by hand
Scan and upload the form by saving it to your computer
Go to cpp.verifymyfafsa.com to upload your documents

Selective Services Requirement

If you are a male between the ages of 18-25, you must be registered for the Selective Service. For more information on who is required to register, click here.
- Print and mail form in without filling out the SSN section. Immigrants & Dual Nationals | Selective Service System : Selective Service System (sss.gov).
- Verify your registration online: Register | Selective Service System : Selective Service System (sss.gov).
- If you never registered, be prepared to submit a Selective Services Status Letter. Status Information Letter | Selective Service System :Selective Service System (sss.gov)
