Sheree C. Mooney is an instructor at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona. She joined the faculty of Collins College of Hospitality Management in Winter 2015. She specializes in the culinary field teaching the leading laboratory experience, The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, a student-operated, open to the public, full-service restaurant.

Chef Mooney is the Culinary Lead Judge for ProStart, a high school culinary competition at the state with California Restaurant Association Foundation and at nationals with National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Chef Mooney earned a Master of Arts with an emphasis in Career and Technical Education from California State University, San Bernardino and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Prior to Cal Poly Pomona, Chef Mooney work in various food and beverage operations including Father’s Office - gastropub, Lukshon - Asian fusion fine dining, Craft Los Angeles – upscale steakhouse. During her time at SPQR - modern Italian fine dining, she assisted with the publication of the restaurants cookbook and achieve a Michelin Star.
