Pavement Trenching Near Building 13 to Start on Monday, Nov. 9

Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will start trenching the pathway near the Art Department and Engineering Annex (Building 13) on Monday, Nov. 9. Trenching will be performed on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work site will be fenced off and trenching is expected to finish by late November. Building access will not be impacted.  

Reason for Disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start trenching and installing duct banks.    

How does this affect me? The work area will be fenced off and construction signs will be posted. Emergency access to the area will not be impacted.

What do I need to do? Drivers of campus vehicles and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
