Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will shut down the campus electrical system from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 28. All campus buildings will not have power. Facilities electrical crews will be on stand-by to re-start the system.

Reason for Disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to perform inspections services for the new electrical system.

How does this affect me? Elevators will not be operable during the shutdown. Use stairwells in buildings. Before the shutdown, turn off computers and other electrical devices.
