Day-Long Water Shutdown at College of Engineering to Start at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16

Summary of disruption: The College of Engineering (Building 9) will undergo a water shutdown in the five-story tower section of the structure starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. Dec. 16. Water service is expected to be restored by 5 p.m.

Reasons for disruption: Allow a contractor crew to remove sinks and cap water lines in the tower section.

How does this affect me? Use restrooms, drinking fountains and faucets in the two-story section of the College of Engineering or in nearby buildings such as the Engineering Laboratories (Building 17) and the University Library (Building 15).  

What do I need to do? Please share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
