Section of Eucalyptus Lane Near Bronco Bookstore to Close for Concrete Replacement on Monday, Oct. 11

Summary of disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will close a section of Eucalyptus Lane near the Bronco Student Center (Building 35) and the Bronco Bookstore (Building 66) for concrete replacement starting at 5:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 11. Barricades will be erected, and the concrete replacement site will be fenced off. Eucalyptus Lane is expected to reopen by 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12.

Reason for disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start installing the new campus electrical system.    

How does this affect me? Eucalyptus Lane near the Bronco Student Center and the Bronco Bookstore will be closed. Vehicles can access the Bronco Student Center on Eucalyptus Lane from the west. The Bronco Bookstore can be accessed on Eucalyptus Lane from the east. The Bronco Bookstore loading dock can be accessed from Kellogg Drive and Eucalyptus Lane.

What do I need to do? Drivers of campus vehicles and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
