Manhole Installation in Parking Lot Q Near Baseball Field to Start on Thursday, Dec. 10

Summary of disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will begin installation of a manhole in Parking Lot Q near the Residential Suites (Building 62) and Scolinos Baseball Field starting on Thursday, Dec. 10. The work will be performed on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work area will be fenced off and the manhole installation is expected to be completed in mid-December. 

Reason for disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start installing a manhole for the new electrical system.

How does this affect me? One of the two driveway entrances to the parking lot will be blocked off. Some parking spots near the work site will be closed.

What do I need to do? Drivers and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
