Project in Suite 119 at Vista Bonita Residence Hall to Commence on Monday, Dec. 15

Summary of disruption: A project leading to the renovation of Suite 119 at Vista Bonita Residence Hall will start on Monday, Dec. 15. Crews will perform the work on weekdays from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The project is expected to be completed on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026. Crews will not work on Christmas or New Year’s Day.

Reason for disruption: Allow a contractor crew to perform the demolition of sections in the suite.  

How does this affect me? The work will be primarily confined to the interior, but some work may be performed on the roof and produce intermittent loud noises. A dumpster will be stationed outside the work site.

What do I need to do? Please share this information with occupants and users of the building who may have not received this message.
