Trenching in Green Space Near Residential Suites to Begin on Thursday, May 20

Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will trench in the green space near the Residential Suites and Scolinos Baseball Field starting on Thursday, May 20. The work will be performed on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work sites will be fenced off and completion is expected in early June. A small section of sidewalk will be impacted.    

Reason for Disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start installing components for the new electrical system.

How does this affect me? Use detours if the section of sidewalk is closed for restoration.

What do I need to do? Pedestrians and drivers of campus vehicles are urged to use caution when approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
