Asphalt Replacement Project Around Voorhis Park to Start on Monday, April 3

Summary of disruption: The asphalt roadway around Voorhis Park will be replaced starting at 6 a.m. on Monday, April 3. The work area will be blocked off and vehicle access prohibited (see areas marked in red on map). Red Gum Lane will remain open during the asphalt replacement. The project is expected to be completed by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 7.

Reason for disruption: Allow contractor crews to remove and replace the old asphalt layer.

How does this affect me? Pedestrians are urged to use sidewalks around the paving area. Students, faculty and staff can access Building 98 Classrooms from the side facing the College of Business Administration.

What do I need to do? Proceed with caution approaching the work area. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
