Jim Householder, Project Executive, Building Group, Sundt Construction. Education: BS, Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Management, University of Southern California. Hailing from Southern California, Jim has worked in the local Construction Industry for over 20 years.  Householder serves as a Project Executive out of Sundt’s Irvine office. “I take pride in my work contributing to the prosperity of my local community via the construction of world-class facilities for my K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare and Municipal Government clients.”  Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of Sundt’s non-profit charity, the Sundt Foundation, representing the Orange County and Greater LA region.  “I’m immensely proud to support the vibrant communities in which we work and live.  As a native Angeleno, having the opportunity to lead our Foundation members in giving back to the Greater Los Angeles area is an extremely rewarding experience.”
