Dear Broncos,

The safety of our Broncos, their families, and friends are our number one priority, and while the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has NOT identified a risk of COVID-19 (coronavirus) to the Cal Poly Pomona campus, we want to support our University and the precautions around reducing close person-to-person contact.

ASI facilities are open for continued services to our Bronco community. The hours of operation for each facility listed below is subject to change based on the changing nature of the situation. Refer to our website at asi.cpp.edu for live hours of operations.

Bronco Student Center (Bldg. 35)
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 9 p.m.

Spring Break hours
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.ASI Operating HoursSaturday – Sunday: Closed

 Note: The BSC will not be taking any new room reservations through April 3, and all existing reservations are being canceled. This is to support social distancing to reduce close person-to-person contact.

Games Room Etc.  (Bldg. 35-1110)
Monday – Sunday: Closed until further notice

Poly Pantry  (Bldg. 35-1333)
Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Bronco Recreation and Intramural Complex (Bldg. 42)
Monday – Thursday: 6 a.m. to Midnight
Friday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Spring Break hours
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday – Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Note: The BRIC is open for individual work outs and informal open recreation activities only during the building’s regular operating hours.     

We continue to uphold our high cleaning standards and we are extra diligent about disinfecting the high touch areas around the BRIC.  We are asking all members and guest to use the equipment wipes (available in dispensers throughout the building) before and after using equipment.  Also, we encourage you to wash your hands thoroughly before and after your activity.

Children’s Center
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Preschool) / 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Toddler/18 months)ASI Operating Hours.

Note: Effective Monday, March 13 to Thursday, March 26, evening childcare hours is suspended from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This decision will be re-evaluated after Spring Break.
