Bronco Student LEADership Conference
Join Student Engagement, Leadership, and Success for the Bronco Student LEADership Conference! In addition to leadership driven workshops, students will have the opportunity to connect with peers and professionals to better understand leadership development and its importance. Students will also have the opportunity to strengthen their soft skills, discover essential skills and enhance their leadership exploration experience altogether!
Bronco LEAD
The Bronco LEAD Program is Cal Poly Pomona's FREE campus-wide leadership certification program. This co-curriculum-based program focuses on developing leaders across campus by offering leadership based transdisciplinary workshops. Participants will receive credit for attending any workshops, lecture or events sponsored by Bronco LEAD.
Black Men of Excellence
The Black Men of Excellence program is focused on the retention, graduation, and sense of belonging of all men at Cal Poly Pomona who identify as Black or African/African-American. In addition to culturally-relevant programming, through a partnership with Bronco LEAD, participants will cultivate and enhance their leadership skills for use in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
CBA Leadership Badge
The College of Business Administration at Cal Poly Pomona supports all business students in the development of their leadership potential. In collaboration with the Leadership Development Officer in the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers, the CBA has developed a digital badge that business students may earn upon completing the requirements of Bronco LEAD 1.0. This digital badge may be posted on their ePortfolios and their LinkedIn profiles.
