There are as many understandings of leadership as there are people. Built around a series of activities, the goal of this engaging workshop is help you more clearly define yours and to give you a snapshot of the diversity of thought about leadership on our very own campus.

In this interactive workshop, identify your potential personal strengths and consider how you might apply them towards your future success. Based on “StrengthsQuest”, we will look at four differareas that are key to the success of any organization: (1) Executing Strengths, (2) Relationship Building Strengths, (3) Influencing Strengths, and (4) Strategic Strengths.

Join us in conversation with Cal Poly Pomona faculty as they share their journey of learning and growing in their own advocacy practices.
