About CBA Leadership Badge

The College of Business Administration at Cal Poly Pomona supports all business students in the development of their leadership potential. In collaboration with the Leadership Development Officer in the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers, the CBA has developed a digital badge that business students may earn upon completing the requirements of Bronco LEAD 1.0. This digital badge may be posted on their ePortfolios and their LinkedIn profiles.

To earn this CBA Leadership Badge, you must first create your ePortfolio.  An ePortfolio is a collection of work (evidence) in an electronic format that showcases learning over time.

To Get Started,

  • Log into https://portfolium.com/
  • Click on Login
  • Use your CPP email to sign in
  • Create your ePortfolio,
  • Once created, you will see a ‘Tasks’ icon at the top of your profile screen. 
  • Click on that and you will see the CBA Leadership Pathway.

Reflections on Leadership

Once you have attended 7 workshops and submitted your certificates of participation, please write a 2-page self-reflection on your experiences, by addressing the Reflection Prompt found below.  The paper must be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, written in complete paragraphs with proper spelling and grammar.
Reflection Prompt: Discuss the degree to which knowledge of your own leadership, skills and abilities has increased as a result of participating in this program. Describe a few of your favorite workshops and explain how these have contributed to your understanding of leadership. Finally, please provide a definition of yourself as a leader and reflect on how you plan to continue your personal leadership development.
