Instructions: (President) Please fill out this form to request to change an officer in your club or organization.  Once the form is received the training module will be emailed to the new officer.  The continuing officers and advisor will receive information on updating forms and the organization's myBAR roster.  The officer change WILL NOT take place until the training is complete, and the club roster is updated in myBAR. If the officer change is for president, ASI Finacial Services must be notified ( asifs@cpp.edu), at the conclusion of this process.  Should you have questions or concerns please email code@cpp.edu.
