La Union Leadership Collaborative

La Union is a César E. Chávez Center for Higher Education leadership development program that serves as the representative and collaborative body for the Chicano/Latino student organizations, clubs, fraternities and sororities.

La Union is a space where Chicano/Latinx student organizations and clubs can learn from one another, take advantage of co-programming opportunities and can be informed of programs, services and events that each organization is planning through out the year.

Through La Union the César E. Chávez Center for Higher Education administrates the needs of the Cal Poly Pomona Chicano Latinx student leaders by providing leadership development through workshops, retreats and leadership and program advising.
