Industrial and manufacturing engineers develop systems, processes, and products that are better, faster, greener and cheaper.

Graduates are prepared to design and implement quality improvement methods to tackle the complex interactions associated with productivity of workers, capital, and facilities. Industrial and manufacturing engineers are experts in the complex integrated computer-controlled manufacturing and service systems.

Some employers include Disney, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Southern California Edison, and Kaiser Permanente.
