Faculty Learning Community (FLC) on Leadership
The goal of the Academic Leadership FLC is to increase leadership confidence and skill by exploring higher education and CPP, self-awareness, and interpersonal relationships within a supportive cohort.
Department Chair Support
CAFE provides support to department chairs through facilitated peer-support groups, individual consultations, workshops, and other resources, working collaboratively with the University Council of Chairs and the Office of Faculty Affairs.
