Expert Speaker Hilary DeCamp

 

 

The Center for Customer Insights and Digital Marketing presents guest speaker Hilary DeCamp, who appeared at the joint event of both the Analytics and Marketing Insights club and Southern California chapter of Insights Association. Hilary is the Chief Research Officer at Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW). In this video, she shares her expertise in segmentation research based on decades of her experience in hundreds of projects involving segmentations in dozens of categories, as well as some timely information about how both the pandemic-related events and marketing technology shifts had impacted the types of action companies should take. In addition, she questions whether companies' segmentation before the pandemic can still provide them a strategic understanding of the type of people or the needs they are targeting.
