David Schneiderman has 30 years of experience in the hospitality and beverage industry. Mr. Schneiderman is employed by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the largest purveyor of fine wines and spirits in the world. He is responsible for the training of SWS sales staff as well as restaurant and hotel personnel. His duties also include the creation of training programs and educational materials for SWS sales staff. He is also a popular lecturer before civic and industry groups.

Mr. Schneiderman has traveled extensively throughout the major wine-producing areas of Europe, Australia , and South America . He has had the opportunity to observe wine production and compare the various techniques employed in these diverse locales. On the domestic front, he is a frequent and welcome visitor to California's wine country. He is often called upon to serve as a judge at wine tasting and sommelier competitions and maintains memberships in several professional and civic organizations.

Mr. Schneiderman's most current project is a wine-focused television series in development for the Food Network.

Mr. Schneiderman has been an important member of The Collins School's annual fundraising event, Harvest Auction, since its inception and has been a major donator of wine to the event.
