With a foundation in front-line operations and a career shaped by progressive roles, his leadership style is grounded, people-focused, and performance-driven. Beginning with early experiences at Marriott Hotels and Mile Hi Valet Service, Mathew has built a reputation for driving growth, building strong teams, and delivering consistent service excellence.
As Senior Vice President of Operations for Towne Park’s Western U.S. region, Mathew oversees a wide-ranging portfolio that includes hundreds of client locations, thousands of associates, and multimillion-dollar annual revenue. His work centers around strategic growth, operational excellence, talent development, and long-term client partnerships. Mathew’s ability to scale service models, inspire teams, and deliver measurable results continues to fuel success across the region.
Before earning a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, Mathew attended the Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona from 2004 to 2005.
A strong believer in lifelong learning, he’s committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders in the service industry. Mathew lives in Southern California with his family and actively supports community programs, professional development, and industry engagement. His passion for service, strategic mindset, and people-first approach make him a respected voice in the operations and customer experience space.
