Program Overview:
The College of Business Administration, Singelyn Graduate School of Business, and the College of Professional and Global Education are proud to offer the Accounting Global Access Academic Certificate (AGAC) program. The Accounting Global Access Academic Certificate Program is designed to provide students the opportunity to gain a foundation in accounting skills within the realm of accounting standards and principles. The program comprises 8 core courses in accountancy with a total of 24 credit units that will be completed within one year. The program aims to create learning opportunities for students to extend their accountancy knowledge and expand their career opportunities through the focused educational program. The 24 credit units in this academic certificate program are relevant to the CPA exam and certification. Program participants will also benefit from the program in getting prepared for admission to the graduate program in accountancy at Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) or other institutions.
