Holli is an Applications Engineer at Tesla. She works in the charging department supporting Supercharger construction projects around the world and helping develop Tesla charging products, including the V3 Supercharger. Holli serves as Women in Tesla’s Community Outreach Co-Chair, planning field trips and community engagement activities with the hope of inspiring young girls to pursue STEM careers. Before joining Tesla, Holli worked as an electrical engineer for Chevron, designing and improving electrical systems at California refineries. Holli graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2015 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. During her senior year, Holli served at the president of Tau Beta Pi, an engineering honors society prioritizing student development and industry readiness. Just before graduating, Holli created a scholarship with the goal to encourage her women classmates. She funded the scholarship by selling STEMinist shirts on campus and online, developing a sense of community among women in science, technology, engineering and math fields.
