  • Dr. Kim's teaching interests are consumer behavior and decision making, fashion promotion, social media marketing, branding and brand management, multichannel retailing, consumerism/social responsibility, and undergraduate research.

Dr. Kim’s research interests are understanding consumer behavior and connecting them to management of fashion brand and designing retail experiences. Her recent research focus on studying the use of new technology in the fashion industry. She has conducted several research projects on social media use in brand-consumer communication, user experience with new online retail service platforms, wearable technology adoption, and luxury brand marketing.
