Jairo Ospina

I have 18 years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support long‑term strategic goals of educational and government organizations. My primary areas of focus in these large, multi-million dollar initiatives are in program/project governance, communications, change management, and deployment of new technology at large scale, ensuring that projects move forward with clarity, align with goals, and meet stakeholder expectations. My approach blends structured project leadership with collaborative partnerships to help guide organizations through change with confidence.

Prior to working in program/project management, I spent about a decade helping large and medium-sized banks manage their operational and credit risk, and as a consultant in one of the big-4 consulting firms.

I have been an instructor at Cal Poly and at UCLA Extension, and have conducted a number of workshops on a variety of topics, from how to use software tools to the application of the ADKAR change management model to the work of the evangelical church.
